Please join us this Thursday, 4/21, for our SFUSD Bike and Roll to School Day. All are welcome to participate and win fun prizes and even be entered to win a bike from the Bike Coalition! Don't have a bike? Don't worry! Even those who roll by scooter or skate board will receive prizes, and those who walk will receive prizes too! We will meet at Parkside Square Park on 26th/Vicente at 7:20am and leave at 7:40am. Feel free to decorate your bike, scooter, or skateboard to make a fun parade! Please join us for a PTA Meeting on Tuesday, 4/12 in the Multipurpose Room. This meeting will include PTA Executive Board Elections for the 2016-17 School Year. Please come and have a voice in the future leadership and direction of the school PTA.

The SFUSD VAPA Summer Arts Program will take place June 8 to July 7 at two middle school campuses: Willie L. Brown, Jr., Middle School and Everett Middle School.
The classes offered will include:
Willie Brown, Jr. will offer beginning instrumental music, and instruments will be provided. Students with experience and those with their own instruments are welcome at both campuses.
All current SFUSD 5th-, 6th- and 7th-grade students interested in the arts are eligible to apply. Students will receive audition and portfolio information for the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts as part of the program.
Please join us on Tuesday, 2/9 for a joint PTA and School Site Council (SSC) community meeting. Potluck begins at 5:30pm in the Multipurpose Room, with the meeting to follow at 6pm. Child care will be provided by GLO.

Please join us tonight, Tuesday, 12/8, at 6pm in the Multipurpose Room for a fun & fabulous Holiday Sing Along with Mr. Cid and Mr. Perry. We'll also be doing holiday crafts so bring the whole family for a little Holiday Cheer!
